The recent restoration
of the historic St.
Vincent Court has
attracted shoppers, pedestrians and employees to dine and enjoy the relaxing
Mediterranean atmosphere
in the district.
As part of a joint
effort by the management of St. Vincent Jewelry Center
and the
city of Los Angeles, an old alleyway was transformed into gathering place
for breakfast and lunch.
The court features new
building facades that evoke a quaint Parisian streetscape, cafes
and delis serving everything from cold sandwiches to hot daily home cooked
dishes, including kebobs and baklava.
